Sparring is controlled with the coaches overlooking making sure everybody is sparring in the correct manner.
The Muaythai clinch is a vital part of Muaythai so we drill clinching often, again with the head coach supervising and making sure everybody is doing things in the correct way.
For our adult classes we operate a WhatsApp group chat for members that we use for various announcements and communication relevant to the classes.
