In these classes we work on Muaythai techniques and Fitness

This is achieved by carrying out a mixture of the following types of training:

  • Pad Work

  • Partner Drills

  • Bag Work

  • Fitness and Conditioning


For our adult classes we operate a WhatsApp group chat for members that we use for various announcements and communication relevant to the classes.

To get added, click the button, confirm your name and request to be added to the group chat. Once we’ve verified your valid membership, we’ll get you added and let you know.

For Our classes we recommend:

  • BOXING GLOVES: 10/12oz for pads and bag work, 14/16oz for sparring

  • SHIN PADS: Elastic style shins are great for beginners but leather/microfibre style shins are recommended for regular members

  • PROTECTION: We recommend hand wraps for all members to protect your hands from injuries. For sparring classes we recommend a mouth guard, groin guard and elbow pads (if using elbows). A Protective Vest (such as as the Fairtex #PV1) is recommended for juniors looking to spar and compete.

  • OPTIONAL: A good set of muaythai shorts, a skipping rope, gym bag and ankle supports.

We also have a wide selection of equipment and apparel available to buy and try on at our reception. Just ask our staff for help as we are on hand to recommend what you will need.
