McGowan Muay Thai – Membership Terms & Conditions

By setting up a Direct Debit with McGowan Muay Thai, you agree to the following terms:

1. Membership Payments

• Membership fees are collected by Direct Debit on the agreed payment date each month.

• Membership is ongoing until cancelled in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.

2. Cancellation

• Membership may be cancelled at any time by providing 14 days’ written notice via email or in writing.

• Your membership will remain active until the end of the 14-day notice period.

• Any Direct Debit payment collected before your cancellation takes effect is non-refundable.

3. Failed Payments

• If a Direct Debit payment fails, your membership may be suspended until the outstanding balance has been paid.

• McGowan Muay Thai reserves the right to recover any unpaid membership fees.

4. Membership Freeze

• Memberships may be frozen for medical reasons or exceptional circumstances, subject to management approval.

• Freeze requests must be made in writing before the next payment is due.

5. Timetable & Coaching

• McGowan Muay Thai reserves the right to amend class times, coaches or timetables where necessary.

• Reasonable notice will be given wherever possible.

6. Health & Safety

• Members participate at their own risk and should ensure they are medically fit to train.

• Any injuries or medical conditions should be disclosed to a coach before participating.

7. Code of Conduct

• Members are expected to behave respectfully towards coaches and other members.

• Unsafe, abusive or disruptive behaviour may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

8. Personal Belongings

• Members are responsible for their own belongings. McGowan Muay Thai accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to personal property.

9. Changes to Terms

• McGowan Muay Thai reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions. Members will be notified of any significant changes.
